This policy is applicable for all products purchased directly on and excludes items purchased via third-party indirect channels (, & We provide warranty and after-sales service for the products shipped out based on certain conditions outlined in the policy of Section 5. 1 Order Details

Once you have paid for the order, changes to the cannot be made once production of the product has commenced. There is a 24-hour cooling-off period after which the order is finalised. If you want to change certain parameters, customer addresses, etc., please email us at [email protected] within the 24 hours to see if the changes can be made. If you do want to modify or cancel your orders, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase, we are not bounded to fulfil your request but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

2 Shipping Address

Before ordering from us, it is the Customer's responsibility to check and verify the full ability to receive the Products. Correct address and postcode/zip code, telephone number are absolutely necessary to ensure the successful delivery of Products. All information required on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Purnima Creations will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect delivery address or phone number. Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address or any other special requirements, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of making the order.

3 Actual Product Notice

This size data is measured on a flat tile surface. Due to the different measurement methods, the difference within 1-2cm is normal. And the picture displayed is for reference only, the final product effect is subjected to the actual product itself. Due to objective factors such as different production batches, machinery and equipment, there might be slight colour, position and size differences within a variance of 10%. The above differences are normal.

4 Warranty Period

If you received an unqualified product, please contact [email protected] customer service within 1 week of receipt. Tell us about the details and provide relevant pictures and proof.

If you received the parcel with missing item(s), please contact [email protected] customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Tell us about the details and provide relevant pictures and proof.

Our shop will provide the after-service according to your submission details.

  • Tracking numbers not found after 30 days - Agree
  • Shipment not received after 65 days by Standard Shipping - Agree
  • Shipment not received after 30 days by EXPRESS - Agree

Reasons Not Qualified:

  • Slight colour, position and size differences - Disagree
  • Delivered but not received: No one at home and leave the product at the doorstep - Disagree
  • Wrong sizes choice by the customer - Disagree
  • Clearance delay at destination port - Disagree

Refund & Return Policy

Once customers request for the after-service, Purnima Creations will process them according to the situation (customer’s submission details). In normal circumstances, we can provide after-service according to the description and pictures provided. Sometimes, we may need you to return the product as a condition for a replacement or other solution options. You will bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Once Purnima Creations confirm the issues, we provide the following after-service for customer’s choice:

  1. Full Refund (excluding delivery costs depending on reason)
  2. Redelivery of the products
  3. Compensation coupons/vouchers
